Daniel and Charlie arrived early. They were friendly and efficient. The old screen was removed carefully to avoid any damage and the new screen fitted perfectly. The worksite was left spotless. I will definitely use this firm again and am happy to recommend them.

I needed to move an old boiler from a bed room and replace it with a new boiler relocating it downstairs in the kitchen. Matthew listen to what I wanted to do and we had a detailed discussion on what was best, now much it will cost and my options. Excellent communication through out the process of arranging dates. Arrived on time on the day of installation. Amazing team work, clean beautiful pipe work. They were able to complete the job as agreed.

Ben came out because I thought I had a problem with the hot water tank. He reassured me that it was working normally and didn't need replacing. He also gave other plumbing advice but did not charge any call-out fee. He was knowledgeable and empathetic; I will be going to him for all future plumbing needs.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kent Gas. Communication, speed of work, and finished product all excellent. The only reason the job took two days was that a pre-existing part was faulty, which Ben could not have known at the time of installation, and he returned immediately we contacted him to correct it. He has also been extremely patient and understanding over some tech and sickness issues delaying payment. We will certainly use them again.
