If you ever need a heating engineer/plumber look no further. Ben and Matt are excellent. Prompt, efficient, affable, their work was clean and tidy and they changed their footwear whilst working indoors. Most importantly, they knew what needed to be done, explained it in lay terms and carried out their work in an extremely professional way with the minimum of fuss wasting no time. The quotation was clear, concise and reasonable with no hidden extras.
Was given Matts name from the merchants got in contact and he came to give me a quote he arrived dead on time and was very friendly explained every thing received the quote next day which I had accepted. Matt turned up dead on time he is very clean and tidy worker he did not stop all day and it was a lot of work to do on your own, he does like a coffee which I was more than happy to supply. When he was finished he explained every thing to me . A very good job and very tidy no mess Thank you I highly recommend this company and big thank you to Matt.

Ben who priced the job up advised me on what would be best for the replacement Boiler Mate. Could have easily priced up a new boiler as well which I suggested and I was told I didnt need one, so very honest company in my opinion.Very tidy work carried out and all completed in one day rather than 1.5 days as originally stated. Would definately recommend them and very lucky they are local if I get any problems.

We have now used kent gas a number of times, recently they remove our old water tank and replaced with a new combi, upgrading our radiators at the same time. Whilst we was waiting for our new boiler to install the water tank broke. Ben was able to send George out the next day who was able to get our hot water back on. Ben, George and Matt have been fantastic everytime we have used them. We wouldnt use anybody else. Highly recommend. Professional, reliable and also cheaper than other buisnesses we got quotes from.

I needed to move an old boiler from a bed room and replace it with a new boiler relocating it downstairs in the kitchen. Matthew listen to what I wanted to do and we had a detailed discussion on what was best, now much it will cost and my options. Excellent communication through out the process of arranging dates. Arrived on time on the day of installation. Amazing team work, clean beautiful pipe work. They were able to complete the job as agreed.

Kent Gas were a recommendation and came out to quote for the install within a few days of my call. The quote arrived promptly and we agreed an install date for early in the New Year. They arrived on time and went about their work professionally, and were tidied and finished by the middle of the afternoon. I was very impressed with the quality of the install (it was complicated) and with them throughout their time in my home and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a new boiler fitted by Kent gas and it was an all round enjoyable experience from start to finish. Ben came round on our first appointment and George on our second when we had the boiler fitted they were both polite, well mannered and tided up after themselves. The work was done to a high standard as far as I can tell, I wouldn’t hesitate to have them in the house again should I need anything doing and I would definitely recommend them to other people.
They went out of their way to temporarily fix our old combi boiler to have hot water and heating in the interim. The installation of our new boiler was on time, immaculate and accurate, and courtesy. Considering the current Covid situation, I didn't have to ask the installer to wear a mask while inside the house. I couldn't be happier with the service Kent Gas provided.
I cannot fault Ben and Matt! Ben came out when I called looked at our boiler. Matt went through all quotes the same day Ben came out and made me a my parnter so comfortable. They were able to do the work without us there and then when I got home from work Ben was just leaving and he came back to explain how it all worked. After being let down by 1 plumber and left without hot water and heating for 1 week in our new house!! Cannot fault them they were amazing!! Thank you so much Ben and Matt!!!

Ben and his colleagues were friendly, polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about the work they were carrying out. They were here on time each morning and tidied up before they left each day. Ben made suggestions about the work to be done so we got exactly what we wanted (getting rid of some ugly pipes in the lounge that I'd thought we were stuck with, I'm so pleased with that!). The cost was reasonable and the work was finished well within the timeframe. I was out when they left, Ben phoned to say they were finished and arranged to return to show me the Hive app. I highly recommend them.
